Hello My fellow Book Lovers, and welcome back to a brand new book blog. This is normally a Tag found in the Booktube/Youtube world but I decided I could make a blog of it for you. 1. Best book you’ve read so far in 2019::

A1 This is so hard but I would say its Anna Priemaza Fan the fame, which is now avaible for purchase at all bookstores or check out at the local Library. It discusses Mental health and the fame of the Youtube world so deeply and clearly. Its a great book for understanding How fame can change a simple person world especially when it comes to Youtube. Also it discusses gamers and being nice instead of Fake. I love this world. I cant wait till I can reread this book.









2. Best sequel you've read so far in 2019.

 A2:Hands down its always a brand new Veronica Speedwell Book by Deanna Raybourn. The 2019 sequel was Dangerous Collaboration that came out in March of 2019. It was the best read of the series. You learn so much about Veronica, Stoker and TempletonVane family in this one.













3. New release you haven't read yet, but want to.
A3: This one goes out to Miranda Asebedo A Constellation of Roses which I have an Arc of and need to read. This is Miranda Second release and I cant wait to get to it.










4. Most anticipated release for the second half of the year.

A4 The Beautiful By Renee Ahdieh Coming out Oct 2019. It Contains a Historical Vampire filled New Orleans in its pages and I cant wait for its release. I actually should say I cant wait to read it.











5. Biggest disappointment.

 A5: I honestly dont have one, Ive been on a role of great books this year.

 6. Biggest surprise.

 A6: Olivia Hinebaugh and SwoonReads "TheBirds, The Bees, and you and me" which came out Feb 2019. Its amazing book about talks on Teen Sex education in real life and school. I really love this book and I will probably love it for a long time to come:













7. Favorite new author. (Debut or new to you)

 A7: Favorite New author; Samantha Hastings The Last word. A historical Fiction novel that came out in July from SwoonReads. I seriously cant wait to read this book. Its going to be a fave because I love Historical Fiction.









8. Newest fictional crush.

 A8 goes to Katy Upperman, SwoonReads "How the Light gets In" which is now availble to buy. I absolutely love Tucker, I get all swoony over him.













9. Newest favorite character.

 A9: I have so many new favorite characters but for this one I am going to chose Laura Taylor Namey "The Library of Lost things" Darcy Wells. She reminds me of me some what. I sincerely love what I have read of this character so far from the ARC. I want you all to check out this book in October2019












10. Book that made you cry.

 A10: This one goes to katie McGarry "Only a Breath apart" which came out in January of 2019. All I have to say is Katie is queen of the feels and discussing real life. I recommend any books by katie especially if you want a good cry.











11. Book that made you happy.

 A11: Ive listed some above, its Deanna Raybourn "Veronica Speedwell A Dangerous Collaboration", Laura Taylor Namey "The Library of Lost Things" and Katy Upperman "How the Light Gets In". Funny enough all three books are about big Life changing events.
12. Most beautiful book you've bought so far this year (or received)

 A12: Miranda Asebedo "A Constellation of Roses" because I wanted to read this so bad and I won it in a giveaway. It was amazing and I am so beyond grateful, even though its an ARC it means a lot to me.


13. What books do you need to read by the end of the year?

 A13: "A Constellation Of Roses" Miranda Asebedo, "How the light Gets in" Katy Upperman, "The Library of Lost things" Laura Taylor Namey, "The Widow of Pale Harbor" Hester Fox, "Six Good Byes we Never said" Candace Ganger, and "The Lady Rogue" by Jenn Bennett. Best Books of 2019 SO FAR


Hey Bookish Friends, hope you are having a great day. So I've been seeing book blog videos on the best books of 2019 so far around youtube. The Videos gave me a great idea to chat about my best books so far. So Below I am going to list books I've read but not all will have a review up yet. So let's get to this awesome book list down below

"Dare You to" by Katie McGarry, was the first book I finish this year and by far a favorite. I know this book is book two of a series and I should've read the first one but honestly I found while reading this book and Understanding. I rated this Book five stars and love it.  Here is the summary for the book, Beth ends up dealing with two parents who could care less about her. She is trying to parent her mom instead of living her life. In walks Ryan Stone the local Jock at the local taco joint. Beth was just supposed to be Challenge, he won but it didn't turn out that way. Flash forward Beth and Ryan meet in town where Beth famous Baseball uncle lives. They end up dating and together. I love everything about Beth and Ryan throughout this whole book. I love everything so much so, that I will have my final review listed with all of the book information

"The Birds, the bees and you and me" by Olivia Hinebaugh which came out February 2019. This book was a five-star read and I still think about this book months later. It is a book I want to reread soon. It starts out with Lacey Burke who is the daughter of a teen mom and her mom is now a nurse. Lacey speaks up in class about all of the misinformation being provided by the school regarding Sex education. So all of the students end up running to Lacey for sex education which leads to a big change in the school and Lacey Life. I highly recommend this book to everyone and anyone. I also suggest you get your local School libraries to promote this book for the teens. It is a must read, book for everyone.  Good reads link to purchase this book since I did not put up a review:

"A Dangerous Collaboration", Veronica Speedwell Book four by Deanna Raybourn was release in March 2019. Veronica Speedwell is one of my favorite books ever and I loved it so much. I love this book as much as the first three. I highly recommend this entire series to anyone who loves Historical Mystery novels. This book takes place on an Island with the two main Characters Veronica and Stoker. A lot of information comes to light about Veronica, Stoker and the Templeton Vane family while the Mystery is being solved. Like I said love this series so much and recommend it to everyone. "Meet me in Outerspace" by Melinda Grace came out in March from SwoonReads. I love this book, it just took me back to Art College. It is about a young woman named Edie who has a learning disability. She has a central auditory processing disorder which makes it hard for her brain to Process words when people are talking. This disorder makes college french class ten times harder to pass but with the help of the Cute Classroom aid, she may have a chance. She may have a chance at passing and falling in love. This is a great book for those last summer days as you get ready to go back to school. You should totally check out my review because it takes a deeper look at this book and How much I Love it plus holds Links to the book. 



"Love Scene, Take two" by Alex Evansley is an older book from SwoonReads that I am so finally happy I pick up to read. This book carries all my loves in one. It introduces us to Bennett who is a young New adult publish a writer who writes a famous YA Book which is turned into a movie. Then we meet Teddy, a top actor who is looking for more in life. When these two meet, it's like the Universe becomes in sync around them, but there are people who don't want Teddy and Bennett to be happy. You should totally read my review and read this book if you love stories about Writers. Alex is totally Jo March to me with everything in this book. I love it so much, I will post the Goodreads link and I have a review up on Goodreads too. 



"The Deepest Roots" by Miranda Asebedo was release in 2018 by Harper Teen. I start reading this book when it was released but I put it down and got distracted by life. I wish I had to pick it back up sooner and finish it. It's one of my favorite books and a book I will recommend forever to other people. This book is about three female friends Lux, Rome, and Mercy who all born in Cottonwood Hollow, Kansas, where all the girls possess some kind of Magical touch. In this book, we learn how magical touches can changes friendships and life for the better. I recommend this book highly and will link Goodreads page for it where my review is and you can buy the book.




"A Study in Scarlet women" by Sherry Thomas came out in 2016 from BerkleyBooks but I didn't know about this series until it was recommended to me. I love this series so much, it's about a young woman who was born in Victorian time by the name of Charlotte Holmes but ends up becoming the famous Sherlock Holmes as all of these Murders happen around her. I recommend this series so much if you love books like Veronica Speedwell. Historical mysteries involving Feminist female detectives are some of my favorites ever. I have a review for this one, at this link right below.




"Enchanted" by Lexi Blake was just recently released on June 18th and its a short novella apart of one of my favorite series. The series is the Masters and Mercenaries, which has many spin-offs, the novellas like Enchanted is what I refer to as a spin-off. This book is about Sarah and Jared who both have ties to the Main lead who is Ian Taggart. I love how funny and family-related this book was. I love how Lexi place so many real-world discussions in this book that we are currently dealing with. I am just going, to be honest, I don't think there is a book by Lexi that I will not love, but I never say never. I have reviewed in the link below for everything about this book. 


So those are some of the Best books I read so far this year. Below I am going to add some honorable mentions that I will probably add in my list for the best Books of 2019. They are honorable mentions because they are not available yet to purchase. I hope you all enjoy this list and check out these books. Enchanted Novella Lexi Blake

Hello Fellow Book loving people of the world, and welcome back to my newest blog. Today is about Lexi Blake’s, "Master and Mercenaries" Novella “Enchanted”, which was sent to me by the wonderful people over at InkSlingerPr for an Honest review. So before we get started; here is my basic information of Lexi's books and why I jump to review “Enchanted". I started reading her work in ebook format about five or six years ago. The first Lexi Blake Series, I've ever read where her original Series with Shayla Black called "Masters of Menage". So for me, Lexi’s books, have honestly become one of my go-to romance books to read. If I am in the mood for Romance I usually run to her work especially her Master and Mercenaries series, since she has so many spin-offs which lead us to so many amazing characters. I am so predictable, you all, when it comes to my reading because If I find an author such as Lexi, I am committed to their entire work. Lexi is one of probably 20 romance writers or less that I can name off the back as a favorite and also an Auto buy author always. So when I get a chance to review her books, I Scream, Cry and Jump at it lol. This Novella Enchanted was released on June 18th and It is literally Everything a Lexi Blake book should be. Go Get it now... No, wait... READ my Review than go buy it… So let us get to the review for you, so you can get to buying Lexi book faster.

This Book is about Jared Johns and Sarah Stevens finding themselves after their Past. You all will probably remember Jared and Sarah from Kai and Kori Book “From Sanctum with love” which is Book ten in the original Masters and Mercenaries series. Sarah and Jared back story and connections begin in that book. But Enchanted is their whole story after their back story. Jared ends up back at Sanctum with his past coming to haunt him but he still wants a Chance with Sarah. While Sarah scary demon past is now haunting her too. Can they both open up and find love or will one of them lose their lives to their dark demon past? I would totally Check out Enchanted and From Sanctum with love to find out their stories and their survival. Now on to my review of the books and characters.

I rated this book five stars because honestly, I have had the most insane, intense feels with this book. I related to Sarah on the loss of her mother, her fight for life and wanting to have a real blood family. But as Ian Taggart has pointed out, you don’t have to have blood between you, to be a family. I think that’s the reason I love this series so much, the Sanctum world is what I wish I had in many ways in my own life.As for Sarah, she is struggling to deal with a demon that plagues her world and she is so bloody scared but feels like she has no one to rely on. Yep, Lexi, has me mark down as Sarah, I am telling you. Now Jared is dealing with his own Demon, which is where he feels responsible for a world he didn’t create and didn’t seek, yet has to live with. Of course, Lexi has me two for two at this point with both Jared and Sarah, it’s scary beyond words. But reading Books like this, that describes my life is so Freeing. I love finding books that related to my life because they give me what I need most, a cry, a hug, and a Deeper Life understanding. But I know what you're going to say... WAIT.. a Romance did all of this for you. No not just any romance, a Lexi Blake "Masters and Mercenaries" Romance. Honestly, I would’ve bought Enchanted for myself, I might still do it in Printed format if I can. I love this entire series more and more with every book I read. I also get extremely excited with every book I read because I know soon Lexi will have another one. These books describe family, Unique love and friendship as its all should be, and not how we want it to be. Go buy Lexi Blake "Enchanted" now and you can thank me later. A study in Scarlet Women

 Hello Book lovers and welcome back to my blogs. I haven't written a blog since March although I've been reviewing on Goodreads this whole time. I haven't felt the need to write a blog because I feel like this book is out place. So with that being said, I am not sure why I had the sudden urge to write a blog for "A Study in Scarlet Women" by Sherry Thomas, but I did and here we are. Now let's get to the important information, this review is not for an ARC. I purchase this Paperback May 23rd, 2018 because I was looking for series similar to Deanna Raybourn, "Veronica Speedwell" because I have come to immensely enjoy Historical fiction mystery novels about Victorian Feminist females. So Veronica lead me to look for some more Victorian novels and boy am I glad I did. So if you love my reviews Please read, and please always share. By sharing my reviews maybe they will help get me notice and also they let me know, you love my reviews too. Now onto the best part, my review of Sherry Thomas "Charlotte Holmes" series.


This book begins with us, meeting the entire Holmes family. We Meet Lady Holmes, Henry Holmes, and the four daughters. Charlotte is the third daughter out of the four from my understanding. Charlotte does not want what every normal girl wants in the Victorian Era. She does not wish to be married or a mother, she only seeks to be on her own, independent of everyone. Charlotte seeks out her freedom by ruining her lady-ness after her father denies her help to seek other forms of employment. Only things go terribly wrong for her and she ends up outcast by society. So, in short, she runs away which leads to the horrible discovery of a few Murders because of recent events. Somehow Charlotte Sister becomes a suspect in these prominent murders. Charlotte meets someone who helps her out by giving her a job as a companion, which leads her to find a way to solve the murders and continue her work as the mysterious Sherlock Holmes. If you wish to know how Charlotte becomes Sherlock and solves the murders, please go read the Series which currently has a fourth book coming out in October. I love the first book so much I rated it five stars. I felt for Charlotte and understood her not wanting to rely on a Man for everything in life. Charlotte understood that as a female she didn't need a Man to be her end all, be all to be satisfied. She was perfectly satisfied to live a life of independence. She even went to deep lengths to tell her father such but he did not want to believe her. I do believe the reason Charlotte did not wish to be married was that this is a decade where being married and love did not go together. She felt like her parent's unhappy marriage was proof of that. I love Charlotte for all these reasons. The one thing that annoys me a bit in regards to Charlotte was that she says at the beginning of the book, Why should I speak when I have nothing of importance to say and that to me sounded like a Victorian dumb female. For example, females of that era were taught that a man is literally God in all aspects and I felt like this moment Charlotte was quoting that sentiment which is untrue if she later seeks independence from Men, Marriage and a typical Victorian household. I will say Charlotte does grow up more after "ruining herself' and "running away". I can't wait to read the rest of the series.

If you like Veronica Speedwell by Deanna Raybourn or Stalking Jack the Ripper by Kerri Maniscalco I deeply recommend Sherry Thomas currently four-book series Lady Holmes from Berkely. It will now forever be one of my favorite series. I love it for the independent Feminist Female aspect. I love it for the Murder Mystery aspect. I love it for the way the leading female character thinks for herself, how she comes to love herself and how she comes to grow as a person. I can already related to Charlotte in this first book so much I can't wait to see what she does in the next three books. Meet Me In Outer Space Melinda Grace

 Hello, Book pals its been so long since I've been here. I do have to tell you I miss you all so much. I always enjoy when I get to share a brand new book that I enjoy with you all. My latest book review is about Melinda Grace “Meet Me in Outer Space”. This book is published by Swoonreads and I bought it from Amazon on March 3, 2019, as a Preorder.  Now I want to share this awesome book with all you through a great review. 

In this beautiful book, we meet Ms. Edie Kits who has a central auditory processing disorder which makes it hard for her brain to Process words when people are talking. It especially harder for her when the language is foreign such as French 102 class. In comes the current French 102 TA Wesley Hudson. Hudson volunteers to help Edie understand the French language better so she can Pass the class. But maybe there's more to Hudson Help than appears to the naked eye, such as feelings!! "Feelings" are the last thing Edie wants because She just wants to pass French 102 and go to Paris to study fashion. Does Edie go to Paris or does the "Feelings" ship with Hudson win or do they both win out in the end. If you all want to know what Happens between Edie and Hudson .. Run. don’t walk. run to the nearest Bookstore or Library and get this Book ASAP. 

Okay, I have to do this now. OMG,😁😁 I loved this Book!!!! It has been one of my Faves this year. I have to be honest I've been in a back and forth book slump this year and this book help dragged me back out. This book just refreshed my need to read, is the best way I can describe it. I loved how Melinda describes Edie in fashion School, it took me back to my days of Art School. I went to a school that was Art for Cooking, Fashion, and web. While in school, we were encouraged to critic each other work and spend time with each other to be more creative. So the moments where Edie is in class designing her dress just took me right back to my days at Art School. I also had a Disability Act in School where I was allowed a little extra time to Complete work, but I did experience Teachers like Edie’s Prof, who didn’t understand why I needed just a little extra help or time. So I could totally related to Edie experience at that moment. 

So I rated this book Five stars🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 because for one I love how relatable all of the characters were for a New Adult book. I loved how Melinda put a real human essence to Edie and Hudson that you don’t always see in a New Adult. Even in the private moments between Edie and Hudson, when they are just being a couple I felt like I was reading a real couple. As I stated before, I instantly felt like I was back in College while reading this book and totally related to most of the College moments. That's just how real the story came across as I read the book. Edie as a female just screams Independence in every way but I also love that she let Hudson in. Hudson is amazing, he reminds me of David Tennant as the 10th doctor in that Nerdy way. Not only was Hudson smart and helpful but also Encouraging to Edie as the book went on. He just goes above everything and researches Edie disability to understand how to help her with passing French. He spends time trying to educate her with Pronouncing different french words and their sounds. He encourages her to pursue her dreams of doing Fashion in Paris while telling her, he will be waiting! He is an amazing male character and actually I wish I would see more male characters like him in the New Adult Genre. These characters were just so well written and so relatable, Melinda did a great job with them.

I did love Melinda writing throughout the whole book. She made you understand what it liked to go to college with a disability that many won't understand. She wrote several characters who came across very Human which is very rare to me in New adult. She gave us the cutest most adorable romance story that made sense in a "real world" couple way. For example, Hudson didn’t just walk away from Edie when she pushed him away, he fought for her. Also Edie while falling for Hudson kept denying her feelings about him and thats a very human trait. The last example is a perfect example of a Human trait not very well written in New Adult. Melinda just gave us all wonderful examples of how "Real Human" traits can be given to book characters and for this reason alone I will read anything she writes. I hope after hearing all my raving in this blog that you go get this book. Meet me in outer space is one of my new faves and I probably will end up rereading it this year, thats how much I love it.
